Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are very important information for trekkers who are willing to book trekking, peak climbing, tours, or other adventure activities with the company.

The terms and conditions are an agreement letter between the traveler and the company; therefore, it is mandatory to read them very carefully. They contain information like booking procedures, booking confirmation, payment and refund systems, cancellation, and other charges levied as per policy.

Please note this carefully while booking a trip before declaring any package.

Both parties must agree to the given terms and conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

(non-refundable deposit)

In order to confirm a reservation,

20% advance payment is required for trekking, hiking, and tours.
A 30% advance payment is required for peak climbing and expeditions.

Note: This cost is required in advance so that this deposit helps us confirm the booking of the hotel, flight, and other required services.
The rest of the payment was made to us upon our arrival in Kathmandu before the trip.
A deposit made for any trip to our company is secured for one year from the trip payment date. The deposit amount is transferable to any of your friends or relatives, but it has to be within a year.
