Paul has led numerous treks and expeditions across various regions, including Nepal, the mountainous terrains of Wyoming and Montana, and the captivating deserts and canyons of the American Southwest.
Equipped with extensive training, Paul is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) provider. His expertise in providing medical assistance in outdoor settings ensures the safety and well-being of trekkers under his guidance. Paul has also undergone training and served as a member of search and rescue teams in Teton County, Wyoming (TCSAR) and Teton County, Idaho, further enhancing his ability to handle challenging situations in remote areas.
In addition to his proficiency in guiding and emergency care, Paul is an accomplished mountaineer and rock climber. His vast experience in these disciplines adds an extra layer of expertise and safety during treks. Furthermore, he has previously worked as a professional ski patroller at ski resorts in Wyoming and Oregon, which has honed his skills in navigating treacherous terrain.

Mr. Ensu Hang Rai is a well-experienced climbing and trekking guide. He has been working at Nepal Venture since the establishment of this company. Initially, he started as an assistant guide for the company. He has been a professional climber and trek guide since 2000. He has been leading many treks and peaks since he qualified. He has successfully climbed many different high peaks, such as Mera Peak, Yela Peak, Lobuhe Peak, and Island Peak, more than 20 times, and several others. He has very good commanding skills and speaks fluent English, Spanish, and basic French. He leads the groups in India and Tibet as well.

Ngawang Gelje Sherpa is a highly experienced, licensed, and certified trekking guide for Nepal Venture Treks. He was born in the Solukhumbu District of Nepal. He has been leading many smaller and bigger groups in the Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Mustang, Eastern, and Western regions of Nepal. Nepal Venture Treks is very proud to have such a highly experienced and professional guide who has been in this field for a long time. He has been working with Nepal Venture Treks since the establishment of the company.

Bijay Kumar Lama and his family have been involved in the trekking industry for more than 10 years as porters, cooks, assistant guides, and guides. They now have much experience in the major trekking areas of Nepal, such as Annapurna, Langtang, Everest Base Camp, Tsum Valley, Mustang, and the Dolpo region. They are young and energetic, speak English and German well, and are ready to make your trip to Nepal a memorable one.

Mr. Jabidra GC has completed his Bachelor’s degree from RR Campus in Business Management and his master’s degree from Tribhuvan University of Political Science. He is currently working for Nepal Venture as an administration officer.

Sanjeel Kansakar is an accountant for Nepal Venture Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. He has been working since the establishment of the company. And started his career as an assistant. Sanjeel is also a licensed trekking guide. He speaks good English, French, and Hindi.
