05:30: Pickup from your Hotel and drive to Kathmandu Airport
06:00: Mt. Everest Flight for 1 Hour All of our passengers are invited to the cockpit to view the spectacular views of the world’s tallest mountains. You will be given a brochure to identify each peak. Also, the air hostess will guide you to identify the peaks.
You will also get a Certificate of Completion from the airline.
07:00: Drive from Kathmandu Airport to your hotel.

Booking Information
For booking confirmation, please send the name of the passengers and the date of the flight along with a USD 100 or INR 5,000 advance deposit. Balance Payment must be made 48 hours before the flight date. After booking, we will hold your seat, and after full payment, we will purchase your e-tickets.

We will purchase your ticket 48 hours before your flight time. If you cancel or change your flight date after we have purchased the ticket, a 30% cancellation charge will be incurred. For free cancellation, you must cancel or change your date 48 hours before your flight; otherwise, the whole amount will be non-refundable.
Flight Cancellation or bad Bad Weather
We will get you your first flight at 6:30 a.m.However, if the first flight does not happen due to weather, then you will have a chance for a second flight at 7:30 a.m. or a third flight at 8:30 a.m.If none of the flights happen due to bad weather, your flight will be rescheduled for the next morning with extra transportation costs. But if you are not available to fly the next day, your full flight payment will be refunded with a deduction of the transportation cost.
