Overview

Everest View Trekking is the most ideal trek for tourists who wish to climb a shorter distance with much less effort compared to the usual treks. For trekkers who have the desire to see the panoramic view of the world’s highest mountain peak but cannot walk all the way up Everest Base Camp or the Kallapathar, this trek is most suitable for them.

Everest View Trek starts with the thrilling 35-minute flight to Lukla from Kathmandu, which is 2,840m above sea level. The view of the sky touching the silver mountains is visible from the plane itself, which excites the trekkers for more. Next stop is the world natural heritage site, Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park, listed by UNESCO, where visitors encounter a rich diversity of flora and fauna. On the way to the Everest View Trek, the trekkers will be crossing the very popular Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), where mesmerizing sights of pine forest, wildlife, and Nepal’s national flower, the Rhododendron, can be observed closely. With hearts filled with the joyous natural beauty of the region, trekkers further move up to the home of the highest Buddist monastery in the Khumby region, Tengboche Monastery (3,860m). This destination is renowned for its influence on trekkers, as it enlightens passersby with a sense of spirituality. As the Everest region is home to the Sherpa community, trekkers will pass by Khumjung Village, which is the village of the Sherpa people. Here, visitors get to discover their authentic culture, traditions, and lifestyle and also get to witness the rare yaks. The fabulous view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Kusum Kanguru, and Konde Ri definitely sweeps the trekkers off their feet with its majestically magical panoramic view. Also, rich ecosystems and biodiversity, fascinating landscapes, dispersed human settlement, cultural, traditional, and religious integrity, etc. are the ultimate and sole features of the region.

For trekkers craving a short journey filled with adventure, natural beauty, and culturally diverse communities, Everest View Trek is the best destination for all of it.
